Molycorp Inc. (MCP: Quote) announced after the bell Thursday that it was
informed by the staff of the SEC that it completed its investigation of the
accuracy of the Molycorp's public disclosures, and it is not recommending
that any enforcement action be taken against the Company. Molycorp is now up
0.39 on 252K shares.
Molycorp rose during the first 2 hours of trade Thursday and finished with a
gain of 0.19 at $5.61.
