简单的衡量标准是：每月租金＝房价的1%

Yearly rental>2.4% of your house value

今年，彪了很多次，一个都没买到，要降低标准，否则没戏。
Rent - all the fix cost(property tax, association fee...), you need at least
6% to make it worth while. for Net rent return.
Last couple of years, you can get close to 10% for Net Rent return, right
now, the price had been going up quite significantly, very difficulty to
find over 7% in my area.
You probably have to subtract another 1% for house related cost per year.

这个比例可以
固定资产投资，年净利超过5%就相当可观了

everything functional。如果房客由于你没装扶梯把手而跌伤之类的，你有可能被sue。
