YHOO 拥有24% Alibaba, Alibaba如果上市后，华尔街沽值是120 Billion，也就是说
Yhoo 至少是 120 * 0.24 = 28.8 Billion
目前Yhoo market cap is 32 Billion, 减去Alibaba 32- 28.8 = 3.2 Billion, 雅虎
sales 4.9B.
基本上是fair value了

YHOO Forward P/E = 17.47 < P/E(7.88)
所以这次大涨还是和alibaba有关？

除去阿里不谈，
雅虎业绩表现差强人意。
干女儿领导能力一般
看点在明年下半年吧。

但现在又普遍对中国悲观，不知道alibaba拉出来遛的时候到底值不值120b.....

YAHOO used to own 45% of Alibaba before hiring mm, if they hired me as the
ceo, I will sold
all of yahoo business couple millions dollars, lay off everyone, and held
the Alibaba stake and yahoo japan will get it to $50 a share today.

AMZN 才140b, EBAY 75B
Alibaba都快赶上AMZN了，华尔街可能在吹泡泡

alibaba's profit tripled to 669 million dollar, Chinese e-commerce had huge
growth.
Chinese'e ecommerce built much effective distribution network then their US
counterpart, with relative cheap labor and much favorable dense population,
it still has big room to grow.
