这个算不算 Wash Sale？# Stock

老公老婆各自开户炒股。
老公买了1000股X，跌到10块钱时忍痛割肉。过了几天跌到了8块，老婆想抄底
就买进了1000股捂到了明年。
明年报税的时候这个算不算Wash Sale？
还有一个问题，老公老婆一起报税，是要共填一份Schedule D还是每人各填一份？

If filling jointly, should need one Schedule D, then will be treated as a
wash sale.
If filling separately, may need separate Schedule D, will still probably be
treated as a wash sale.
"Related parties
If your spouse or an entity which you control repurchases loss securities
within the 61 day window, a wash sale is created. With regard to the
spousal transaction, presumably this is true even if you are married filing
separately or you reside in a non-community property state and the wash sale
is triggered with separate funds."

好象报税软件都会自动把lost加到cost里面，自己不用管。
