看来可以总结规律了，没有消息股价一直上涨，最终就是为了增发，PRGN也上演了这套

想问个可能是很浅显的问题：
如果增发200M, 不到market cap的2%,为什么股票价格一下跌了10%呢？

不过看了看报告，好像不是传统意义上的增发，而是sale of up to $200.0 million
of common shares......at prices related to the prevailing market prices, or
at negotiated prices
谁给指点指点，不一定完全是坏事

market cap is only 1.5B, how do you get 2%?
