问个问题还这么没礼貌，不过我老今天心情好，给你解答一下吧，你short股票，收到
账号的现金可以给你利息，不过你借股票的钱要charge你利息，通常比前面一个利息高
，所以你hold short position, 最后是要付利息的。。。

8% is standard charge on etrade.
it is based on (the margin on your account)*(the time you borrow the money)*
(interest rate)
so lets say your average margin is $10k for the last month, your interest
rate will be about $10000*8%/12
To check the margin you can click "portfolio" and check the number in red.
