Tableau Software, Inc. (NYSE: DATA) announced today the pricing of its
underwritten registered public offering of 7,700,000 shares of Class A
common stock at a price to the public of $65.00 per share. All of the shares
will be sold by existing stockholders. In addition, the underwriters have
been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,155,000
shares of Class A common stock from certain of the selling stockholders.
