Normally, REIT is using CAD(cash available for distribution) or FFo(funds
from opertion) to measure the performance.
ACRE's FFO and CAD is low right now compare with other REIT, but it's a new
operation and its trading at its book.

I own several REIT, I am a little aggressive on REIT(only buy the REIT with
potential to increase their dividend in the near future).
I don't know ACRE. From the earning report, I am nuture on this REIT.
