its in their latest proxy filing. hopefully AAPL will run from here.
AAPL is still the last big tech bargain. i said it when it was 480 back in
Sept. and now at 560, it is a *CHEAP* stock.
new high in 2014.

这个消息可以被mm拿来拉升再打压股价，或者反方向，但是最终结果不一定很好。苹果
管理层自身非常不愿意做这件事情，实际上icahn强迫它，所以挑起战争发动群众来搞
阶级斗争。股票一搞起阶级斗争，结果的好坏很难预料。
icahn这小子是个不简单的搞四辊，当年bbi破产的时候他也猛搞过一回。

the board has always go against returning the cash - and that's part of the
reason the street is not in favor of aapl. but now it's going for a share
holder vote - hopefully it's a change. i don't understand why they need that
much cash on balance sheet to grow.

说明了管理层对公司的前景很有信心，不需要额外的刺激来提升股价。苹果无法重现昨
日辉煌的根本原因是，eps和revenue 已经无法狂升。不再是昨日的创新外加狂赚类型。
Amzn如果有早一日eps和revenue也开始拉水平直线的话，将重复苹果冲顶的故事。

i think AAPL is at the early stage of monetizing their dominance in digital
space. their approach of tight control of environment, high margin while
emphasizing user experience will trump the fragmented tech geek low cost
approach in every day digital life. It has so many potential money making
streams. even if none of that gets realized, a trailing PE of 14, PEG of .99
is hard to find in the current market.
- auto info system. latest iOS update already has the option of "Car Display
". i think pretty soon every car will have to airplay iphone system on the
display or not get sold. the system is light years better than each auto
maker's own clumpsy and expensive crap.
- mobile payment. the finger print can truly revolutionize credit card
industry. imaging apple gets a dime in every buy and sell.
- home automation, gaming, entertainment etc. too many to count.

那个能卖？vjet现在线上看最不稳，rkus千万别再往下蹭，所以现在出来也成，scty各

好贴。
跟chl谈判这事后非常看好苹果。只要iphone能占据smartphone市场占有率1/2地位，人
手一部手机就是个天然的信息平台，不仅搞content, 游戏／视频音频整合，还能直接
搞支付抢信用卡／paypal生意，这上面商机无限。

别忘了，爱疯目前只有百分之十几的占有率，而且是越来越少。搞这一套，苹果已经落
后于google 和微软。苹果的当务之急是推出真正有创新的大屏手机来夺回市占率，一
味追求利润只能走入死胡同。

retirement. 1m. roughly 2000 shares. dividend alone can have 20k income.

2. 这个只是百分比，没有总量和各自的基数，还有，貌似PC是和Mac和tablets一起比
的，如果总体市场是增加的，需要知道这些信息来下结论。

目前的形势对苹果非常严峻，它在PC市场份额持续走低，平板和手机利润率下降，所有
这一切只能靠今年某些时候憋出来的大招来解决。当然我觉得今年苹果还是能憋出些东
西的。
