Money is just a number in a bank account, in some sense# Stock

People talking about some imminent crisis in China, for various scary
reasons, most of which converge on the key work "money".
But in my opinion, in the case of China, where the central government has
pretty strong control over many aspects of how the social and economy
machine operate, "money" is more or less a number in a bank account. What
really matters is the "materials" people need to survive and to thrive.
Can China produce or buy enough food to feed its 1.3 billion population in
the foreseeable future? Yes.
Does China has enough clothes and shelters to keep its people warm and away
from the cold streets? Sure.
Does China has the infrastructures to educate its youth, to move the massive
population and goods around, and even to keep people entertained? Probably.
So I don't really see a catastrophic crisis on the horizon, I see problems
that need and can be solved. I see opportunities to get on the bandwagon of
the next rising power before it accelerate atop the 350 k/h speed of CHR.
BTFD!
