今年已经买到三个突然被downgrade的股票，日跌幅5%到9%不等，被upgrade的一个也没
轮上。我不知道这是不是单纯运气，还是和操作习惯有关，比如买下降通道中的股票更
容易被downgrade，而er好的有大跳空缺口的更容易被upgrade，等等。另外这种
downgrade upgrade有没有人监管呢，一个分析师的几句话就可以让一个好端端的公司
突然市值蒸发十几亿，请大家聊聊。

I have no idea, but all I would like to say: Congratulations!!!! you are
really close.....Once you find some patterns, it means you will make money
soon...Take good advantage of it, man, you did not waste your money at all!!!

Find those stocks that current have bad rating, but the companies
will not be out of business, and have good upside potential.
So, those stocks will not go down much when there are further downgrades,
but will go up a lot when there are upgrades.
Do not buy those high-tech related, because they are just too much relevant
to the ecosystem. If the ecosystem is shrinking, it's very hard to turn
around. I like to buy those commodities related. Oil is oil, people don't
care too much the oil is coming from which company.
