Say 5 members
Market for 2014 is very selective and different from 2013. It is very risky
to pump your money into a stock only based on several charts and an
isolated opinion.
If someone names a stock, it has to pass the Committee's examination. Then
you guys can trade. Although, it would not be still 100%, it would be safer.

It is the best way to keep some people's money safe who rely on
recommendations here although my suggestion may not be feasible.
