were considered one of the best and one of the worst broker. Both of them
told me you can trade as many time as you want as long as your account
balance is >=$25000

25000是SEC的规定，所有brokers必须遵守的，
3个business days也是，那些更高级的可能还稍微久一点，因为客户太多，太大。

如果是ROTH 或者IRA 好像超过25000也不行？
