刚查到篇文章,但不是OFFICIAL,不知道真实性,大牛们指点下:
"Each share of the parent (SINA) will have 1.74 shares of Weibo embedded
post IPO (based on the midpoint price of $18). This suggests each share of

上市并不表示新浪丢掉了微博的股权，新浪股东仍然间接持有微博的股份吧，这难道有

Sina shareholders do not get any distribution of Weibo shares. SINA
stockholders own 116m shares of Weibo, which implies every share of SINA has
intrinsic holding of 1.65 WB shares (116m/70m SINA shares outstanding). So
every $3 move in WB shares translates to $5 move in SINA stock.
