Barrons today has article said that it has 35% upside.
Today it breaks out $9.5. Let's see if it can close above that.
Its dividend is coming soon, the ex-dividend date is end of this month.

Actually one day a few weeks back, it went to $8.8.
I added at $8.82, just for the sake of 5.5% dividend.
CEO has been saying multiple time that it will keep the dividend.
Anyhow, his promise also depends on the oil and NG price.
As long as oil and NG stays at current range. PWE should have no problem to
turn around to be a net profitable company.

Looks like Q2 is not a problem.
As long as there are still people bad mouthing it, I am comfortable.
I need to be careful as I have more than 5% of asset is in it now.
Another 5% in CHK.

Only 5% of your total asset. That's not big.
Perhaps you have large amount of money.

这篇文章很好的说明了原因。我认为翻三倍（按$7算, when article was written)，
不是那么容易(如果不发红利可能会容易些)，但 double（$13-$14)应该不难。

不是账户大小问题，任何个股超过5%都属于concentrate。超过10%那是over
concentrate 了。我没有胆量，所以不会大富。
你一买就是十万股，比不上你的。

去年底就有很多 analysts 说 WTI 会到 $90以下。看看现在几乎没几天是在 $100 以
下的。
我看到的 news 觉的 WTI 可能会走更高，因为，
×　Shale oil itself may be a bubble. People already found the oil
production output will drop quickly after 1 year production, as much
as 70%. The return of investment on the shale oil is not good.
Less and less money will be invested in shale oil. US oil production
may be already reach peak or near peak.
* Environmental issue from shale oil/NG production. A lot of waste and
contaminated water have very negative impact to the environment.
* US will never be an oil independent country because US itself oil
reserve will be completely used up if US does not import oil from
other countries.
* EPA requirement bill for power plants will force them use other
source(instead of coal) to generate electricity. NG is one of
the other source.
* Emerging countries(such as China and India) will become more & more
developed, they will consume more energy. China will consume less
base metals, such as steel and iron, but not energy because oil/NG
