You can turn them into your obedient servants on a regular basis.
Once they start bear raids or short squeezes, you can exploit them to your
advantage, and at their expense.
It is quite easy, really, unless you get scared by them, and/or fail to
allocate and reserve your buying power properly.
Taming the MMs is an art, but not difficult.
