seeking alpha那帮傻叉都知道的信息，中国的美国的机构基金庄家不知道？
真的有便宜轮得到散户来捡？
要用commom sense。
唯一散户能捡便宜的时候只有一个：大崩盘，所有机构基金庄家都自身难保，被迫抛售
，这是如果散户手里有cash，就随便买。但是多半的散户这时不是没钱，便是没胆子
。

the big issue with sina is their own revenue and profit are shrinking
looks like there is no solution so far

Yes, agreed!
WB growth is slowing down, SINA portal needs investment to stay afloat...
But I believe Accountant Cao is good at portfolio management and investment.
You are buying a small Chinese internet sector port. by investing in SINA.
