Example: twtr put 45 strike this week expire, priced at 1.78 when share
traded at 48.5 yesterday.
In order to make money, share needs to drop below 43.22. Fee not included
yet.
That is why the first thing in the morning I sold put to take profit when
shares traded at 42.
On the other side, the 48.5 strike call was priced at 3.57 when shares
traded at 48.5 yesterday. In order to make money, shares need to jump above
52.07 plus fee.
