昨天刚才从医院拿回来这方面的学习手册,来汇报一下学习成果~
唐筛可以在两个时候做,一个叫first trimester screening,在11W5D - 13W之间可以做
,筛的是13,18,21号染色体三倍,期中21号三倍就是唐式综合症. able to identify 80-
90% of pregnancies with Down syndrome and up to 95% of pregnancies with
trisomy 18 and trisomy 13.
另外一个叫做AFP Tetra, 在15W - 19W之间做,筛的是18,21号染色体三倍,以及open
neural tube defects (ONTD). AFP Tetra is expected to detect 75%-80% of
pregnancies with Down syndrome with a false positive rate of 5%; expected to
detect 73# of pregnancies with trisomy 18; expected to detect about 80% of
cases of open spina bifida and 90% of cases of anencephaly.
我的OB说这两个screening tests都是optional的,包括一个18-20周的详细B超.我正在
研究要不要做这些test.不知道保险包不包啊~

我的OB只让做了12周的NT test。 大概11周抽的血。 看到结果不错之后，就再没让做
其他的检查。就直接让约20周的大B超了。。。。
这个16周的中唐一定要做吗？

我跟你一样，只做了12周的nt test，当天抽的血。然后就去做20周的大b超了。都没人
跟我提16周的中唐。
