这个和IB自己的宣传不符啊。大量交易建议用Tiered，一般用Fixed。
Tiered按照月累计交易量计算，包括IB佣金，交易所费用，清算费，交易费等等，最后
加到一起。
你那个费用是不是只是IB收的Commission，其他费用单算啊？如果是这样的话，最后算
下来Tiered不便宜吧。

I use tiered pricing. Most of the times, it saves me about 40% fee over
fixed. Overall, it saves me about 30%.

My feeling is, when using tiered pricing, there is a good chance that the
commission is higher than that of fixed pricing when you want your order to
be executed immediately.

If you trade 10k shares at once, one penny difference in stock price would
mean $100 difference, which is a lot more than the commission fee no matter
if you use fixed or tiered pricing, in this case you want immediate
execution.
In the smart routing option, I normally leave it as "prefer rebate".
