宝宝三个半月了，脖子最近红红的，好像是因为双下巴脖子那里皮肤不透气。用了
aquaphor没啥效果，上了california baby calendula cream见好，但是今天发现好像
脖子皮肤颜色变深了，有点脏脏的感觉，但是好像不是脏的。想问一下这正常吗？颜色
会自己回来吗？还是calendula cream抹了就容易色素沉淀还是怎么的？请有经验的妈
妈们指教，谢谢！

Until all opec and non opec countries cut production, which is almost
impossible because budget can't be balanced and those countries will go
bankrupt.
Now is the time to talk about survival of many countries, not oil profit.
