It has a medicine which is used in US and Europe, another medicine that
should be used together with Roche's. But its main pipeline failed in the
last year and they fired about 2/3 employees. Now they still have two other
pipelines, who knows if they will succeed or fail again.
All in all, no worry to die in the short time, but very risky. The best
scenario will be being purchased by Roche.
