Because their technology is not as good as their competitors. I went to the
CES last year, it seems their products are more consumer oriented, like
print with sugar, with ceramic etc, and they do look much more fashion than
others, but the consumer's market is not up yet, they are doomed.

也就是说只适合做玩意儿，不适合做business？
为什么官司缠身呢？
