历史上有被BLOCK 的MERGER吗？
应该不会被BLOCK， 因为还有CVS在那里。
我感觉是， 看成交量， 是被人压住，等买够了， 再静等上￥９.

更稳健的办法我想是买WBA,而不是RAD。
WBA今天的暴跌肯定也是因为这个交易的变数进来了。
