The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of 18
analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 45 cents
per share.
The computer security software company posted revenue of $165.6 million in
the period, missing Street forecasts. Fourteen analysts surveyed by Zacks
expected $167.1 million.
For the current quarter ending in December, FireEye said it expects revenue
in the range of $182 million to $190 million. Analysts surveyed by Zacks had
expected revenue of $201.6 million.
