我收到的caf dividend 被自动买入新的股票，但价格是$28多（价格算在exe date 之
前）
而新的股票又没有收到dividend. 因为 caf announce the dividend after the
record date,
买入的新股票是算在 record date之后的。
那不是自动亏了$8 per share 吗？
我已经找股票商argue了，这算不算bug呀？

caf announce the dividend after the record date. And the system will
reinvest the dividend according to the price one day before the record date.
That is the special case

As long as you hold the share before the ex date, you will get the dividend.
In this case, since your new share is not on record on the record date, the
dividend will come from whoever sold you the shares. Be patient, it will
come.
