简单总结一下，上星期一开始到星期四，也就是开年第一天，央行在国内市场主动贬值
人民币，引起外界猜测国内经济不好，人民币又要贬值，这时候香港市场资金开始集合
做空人民币，导致香港市场人民币大跌，同时国内开始出现换美元热潮，同时股市两次
熔断。眼看情况有失控的苗头，上周五开始央行在香港市场开始干预，大量用美元买进
人民币，导致人民币紧缺 到今天 汇率基本稳定了。。
大家都不知道为什么新年第一天为啥会在国内市场开始贬值人民币，不过今天外汇局局
长就换人了
