Damn right, James Bullard, tho only a district fed president, has been a
bellwether for fed policy in the past couple years.

Tho he only says rethink, and still think 4 hike this year is about right.
Well, mkt's take is dovish and probably is, for now tho.
Don't think he can be rank number 3 in theory tho, after all, only the 7
