吃香蕉,有科学证据的,具体忘了。怀孕时常抽筋,晚上疼醒,现在还记得。

这症状和我家领导一模一样,计算钙摄入肯定是够的,OB说不是缺钙,建议可以尝试买
超市里那种矿物质水Smart Water来喝。我们买来喝以后效果很好,孕期再没抽筋过。

缺钙缺镁,还有不要老是站着,,多坐着,运动也会,让LG晚上睡前给你按摩都有用。
