从97年到现在派息很稳定,油价中长线还是低位.

*The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) insures CDs for principal
and accrued interest up to $250,000. Included in this coverage is any other
amount an investor may have on deposit with the bank or institution that
issued the CD, for the same account ownership category. Investors need to
make they know the extent of their FDIC coverage and that they monitor their
