The hedge fund Elliott Management’s attack on Samsung Electronics of South
Korea may have staying power. Elliott wants the Samsung to restructure, pay
a $27 billion special dividend, pledge to return at least 75 percent of free
cash flow to investors and agree to appoint some independent directors.

应该不会，年前elliot对抗过三星家族反收购没成功，现在反过来说要帮助他们，你信
吗？屁用没有，最大股东是韩国退休基金，Elliot想联合其他股东也没戏。
