关键这个系数调整很重要。 还有突发情况， 比如战争， 比如中国发现超大油田之类
的不算预测不准。哈哈， 预测这个东西， 就是看看而已。 每家金融机构都养着一帮
人做这个的， 但是还是有很多家破产。
