Please be advised that Velocity Shares 3x Long Crude Oil ETN (UWTI) will
delist effective 12/9/16 and will no longer trade on any national securities
exchange.
The ETN may trade, if at all, on an over-the-counter basis.
As a current holder of UWTI, you have the following options:
1) Hold the position until a scheduled redemption is announced,
2) Trade while a market exists, or
3) Redeem early based on minimum amount of 25,000 shares at a rate TBD.
