备孕整两年，第一年就去见re，认为是多囊，周期很长35-50天左右，曾经有过70-80天
的周期。
试了两周期来曲唑，每次第12天b超都有成熟卵子，然后打什么ovidel促出卵子，同时
timed intercourse，但均失败，第一次促排后有还造成卵巢俩30mm左右的囊肿，还好
后来自行消失。
每个周期促排完紧着的周期非常短，一次21天，一次14天，re医生无法解释。
hsg检查正常
因为肥胖，我自我怀疑胰岛素抵抗，re不当回事，我随后放弃促排，休息了大半年，几
月前看了内分泌科，泌乳素偏高，而且忽高忽低，最高到35左右，低的时候10-20左右。
内分泌医生还诊断我的确是胰岛素抵抗，吃了二甲双胍，甲状腺tsh也有些高，也在吃
药。
我觉得我没备孕前什么药都不吃，一备孕发现一身问题。
现在下定决心要娃了，准备再去见re医生，不知道是换个医生好吗？
大家有成功的促排经验可以分享吗？我总觉得医生给我的促排计量很大，第一次是来曲
唑每天三粒，从day3-7。因为day12 卵子长好了，但内膜不够厚，所以第二次是来曲唑
每天3粒，再加每天1粒他莫昔芬。
我不知道是不是该再去促几次然后timed intercourse，还是直接促加IUI? ivf我很怕
不成功，不说经济压力，就怕伤身。哎，求bless，求建议。帮助一下茫然的我吧，谢
谢大家了，我查了ivf俱乐部，需要朋友推荐才能加入。

Icahn left Trump party to buy stocks as markets plunged

Carl Icahn, Donald Trump's biggest fan on Wall Street, thought it was pure "
insanity" when he saw global markets panicking over the shocking election
outcome.
Sensing an opportunity, the billionaire investors left Trump's party in
Manhattan early to go home and buy "a lot of stock" in the overnight markets
.
"I'm glad I did that," Icahn told CNBC on Wednesday, just hours after Trump'
s shocking defeat of Hillary Clinton. "I guess that's what makes me happy
today too."
Of course, the unspecified bet has already paid off for Icahn, an early and
vocal Trump supporter who said he's "thrilled" at the election outcome.
Dow futures had been down nearly 900 points overnight as investors initially
freaked out over the inherent uncertainty of a Trump presidency. But calm
was soon restored and U.S. stocks are actually in rally mode on Wednesday,
with the Dow up almost 300 points.
"I personally don't believe that Trump is bad for the market necessarily,"
Icahn said.

In fact, Icahn said he believes Trump's anti-establishment mindset and
promise to get rid of unneeded regulation could unshackle the U.S. economy.
"Now is the first time that I think there is a chance for our economy to
come out of this," he said.
Trump had mentioned Icahn's name early in his campaign as a potential
Treasury secretary. But Icahn said he's not the "right guy" for the job even
though he is enthusiastic about the incoming Trump administration. "I've
never worked for anyone in my life," Icahn said, adding that he has a
business of his own to focus on.
Icahn, a frequent critic of overregulation, warned against the idea of
completely getting rid of new rules placed on Wall Street. For instance, he
said he would not support rolling back the post-crisis regulatory framework
for banks known as Dodd-Frank.
"You can't let the regulators start running the country," Icahn said. "But
you can't have a market that runs amok either. Wall Street ran amok in '08.
You need regulation."

和我以前好像啊。你如果以前在这儿发过贴，搞不好我回过。我也是泌乳素偏高，胰岛
素抵抗，多囊，见过内分泌医生，吃了药虽然把周期缩短到一个月左右，泌乳素也降到
正常水平，还是一直不怀孕。后来见infirtility医生，吃了三个周期克罗米分，受不
了副作用，换了来曲唑，也是打ovidel，又用了四个周期吧，怀孕了。不过我除了第一
二次，后来全部做的IUI。
生了老大后，多囊就自己好了。老大两岁多，我现在怀着老二。

a difference of ~2200 pts in a mon

年轻的话，先做两三次iui，不成就赶紧做ivf。年纪大，就直接ivf

右。

我是PCOS,醫生之前開過排卵藥，吃了之後很難受，更年期症狀都出來。有想過ivf，
iui，但很怕這麼invasive 的過程，後來找了一個北中醫出來的針灸大夫，把cycle 調
理正常，大概２８－３０天，還是沒懷上(之前也跟樓住一樣６０－９０天才一次cycle
)。就讓老公去驗一下他的“小兄弟們”，發現不是特別活躍。然後就拉著老公一塊去
針灸調理，那個月就剛好成功。
