１.　马应龙是after hour　推的，然后又改正了。不是during　market，没有影响股
票。
２.　这个就好像在conference call 上说错了话，又改正一样。
3. Conference call 为什么总是 after hour 或者 before the market is open？同
样的道理，CEO 说错了话可以改正不至于影响股票价格。如果因为这个处罚马应龙，以
后CEO 不感说话了。
4. hold Elon in contemplate for violating... not hold Elon for violating...
5. Judge 会 hold? absolutely NO.

这个虽然不是大事，但是好歹也得judge说了算，明天你就别做梦了。当然了，也看明
天砸到多低。

这里hold指当然是啥？拘留么？

When a court decides that an action constitutes contempt of court, it can
issue a court order that in the context of a court trial or hearing declares
a person or organization to have disobeyed or been disrespectful of the
court's authority, called "found" or "held" in contempt.
Generally, sanction for civil contempt end when the party in contempt
complies with the court order, or the underlying case resolves.
