今天看1040第70项的WORK SHEET(1040 instruction page 62）
4. Were either you or your spouse a member of the U.S. Armed Forces at any
time during 2008?
Yes. Go to line 5.
No. You cannot take the credit. Stop here.
有几个选 YES？
去年（08）没有拿到（今年第一次FILE 1040）今年可以拿到?没有找到根据
找到这两个，似乎可以搞到.但是还是不明白这个work sheet which is somewhat misleading

很多人还是ＮＲ，
很多人去年拿到了，
很多人收入太高了，
所以拿不到啊。
