“没有别的任何错误”也就是有错误的意思了？不清不楚。。。

OK, their original sentence is like this:
Why We Are Sending You This Notice:
We arewriting to you beause we recalculated your 2008 Federal Income Tax
Return.
Why We Made the Change:
We changed the amount of the recover rabate credit you claimed on Line 70 of
your Form 1040 because the amount entered was recalculated.
Then they listed my numbers and IRS numbers, everything is the same, except
suddenly in the last row, there is Amount of Underpaid Tax.
This guys must have received a notice to col
