Sign-on bonus跟工资一样都在W2里面，都已经预扣过税了。如果辞职退回Sign-on
bonus，相应的税怎么才能要回来呢？1040里面有没有相应的地方可以claim这个？

Do u have a form/proof/receipt showing that you paid back the bonus? i.e., do u have an
entry on 1040 for this income deduction?
If yes, the withheld tax problem can be resolved easily.

contact HR and they will issue you a corrected W2 form. They will also
submit the corrected W2 form to IRS so there won't be a mismatch.
