关于8962表# TAX - 交税与退税

本人是resident，报税的时候发现有一个8962表 （Premium Tax Credit），填这个表
需要是Qualified health plan
Qualified health plan. For purposes of the PTC, a qualified health plan is a
health insurance plan or policy purchased through a Marketplace at the
bronze, silver, gold, or platinum level. Plans sold as “catastrophic”
coverage and plans purchased through the Small Business Health Options
Program (SHOP) do not qualify a taxpayer to take the PTC. Throughout these
instructions, a qualified health plan is also referred to as a policy.
是不是这种health plan 是自己个人从保险市场上购买的才算是qualified health
Plan？也就是说通过公司或学校买的不算？
