my dvi file looks OK, but when I convert to ps or pdf, some texts are
covered by some figures, mostly due to the top of the figure. it seems some
figures extend its top margin to cover texts. How to solve this?
another associted questions, when I use dvipdfmx, it doesn't convert eps
figures at all, just leave space where the figures should be.

发现我的图片从Matlab输出成eps时是白色背景的，然后用GSview的ps->eps转换了一下
，放在dvi文件里看不出什么问题，可转换成ps后这些白背景就出来了。eps文件里有“
BoundingBox”和“HiResBoungdingBox”两个参数行，前一个就是GSview算出来的边界
，后一个就比较大，好像包含了白色背景。似乎转换ps时它总是读取的“
HiResBoungdingBox”，请问如何只让它读取“BoundingBox”？这个“
HiResBoungdingBox”到底有什么用处？我有好几十个这样的图片，不想全部重新输出
一遍。

why do you want to do this? eps exported by matlab is quite good ah.

输出的缺省是“Force white background”,我也是现在才发现。

ps->eps是不用转换的，直接改扩展名就可以了。
