图片转成pdf换pdflatex试试。

use epstopdf to convert your eps file to pdf, and use pdflatex. BTW,
pdflatex is usually better for compiling beamer presentation.

latex: *.tex -> *.dvi
pdflatex: *.tex -> *.pdf
