I have a 8.5 x 11 PDF file. When I use the hp laserjet 2200dn to print it,
if I choose the Fit to printer margin option, the reduction rate will be 96%.
Why is it 96% for a 8.5 x 11 file on a 8.5 x 11 paper? I thought it should
be 100% even I choose the Fit to printer margin option.
