I died three hours ago.
I was walking down Stockton street when I fell into a gutter. It was foggy,
cold, dull, a typical June day in San Francisco. It was almost dark. Most
food shops were closing, only a handful of grocery stores were still open,
waiting for the last few customers to scoop up the last pieces of tomato,
bok choys, zucchinis, and dark spotted bananas. The street was dirty, and
quiet. I got my milk from a store on the corner of Stockton and Broadway.
I was cold, with my sil

最近碰到一个奇怪得问题。
desktop的网卡，如果直接连在modem上面的话，速度很好，没有问题。
可是同样一根网线，如果连着router, router接在modem上面的话，desktop上面显示'
cable is unplugged'。同样的router，连在别的电脑上面都是没有任何问题。百思不
得其解。
谢谢。

由于有不少图片是 tif 格式的，怎样可以直接添加 tif 而不用转成eps 或者ps呢？
（或者让latex自己转换）

用别的电脑试试router的那个lan口？

用pdflatex编译，eps的图片要转成pdf，可以用eps2pdf。

Thanks! The mission,actually, I'm not sure yet. ^_^
短篇小说这点好，抓住一个scene写就成，不用想太多前因后果。

试了laptop，用同一根线，同一个lan口，没有问题，而且router上面的相应的指示灯
也是亮的。
问题依然是，接在这个desktop上面，没有信号，router上面的指示灯是暗的。
郁闷。

因为MAC地址的问题 ISP无法从你的ROUTER识别到你的PC MAC
所以要先把你的PC MAC 克隆到你的router

这也是写连载最重要的手段吧，能扯着作者明天再回来看的
想起评书常说的：两个正坐着喝酒，忽然腾腾腾楼梯响，楼地下上来一个人，牛筋定睛
一看，不由目瞪口呆～（惊堂木一拍），欲知后事如何且听下回分解！
（明天接着讲）昨天说道两个人正说着话，腾腾腾楼梯响，原来是店小二端了盘熟牛肉
上来，放到桌上，“二位爷还要点什么？”。。。

Dan Brown这点做得最牛。每次都以凶杀案开篇，一节一节都很短小，一个扣连一个扣
，你都没法放下干别的去。
那多手记也有这个特色。
