after I use the document layout command such as \raggedright, it affects all
the following text.
How can I use it to only affect say just one paragraph?
Only more thing: When I use
\beging{flushleft}
.......
\end{flushleft}
it seems I can not use \\\\ to make a blank line between \begin and \end
What can I do?

{\raggedright Text.\par}
or
\begingroup\raggedright Text.\par\endgroup
Note that the flushleft environment is basically
\raggedright surrounded by group delimiters, as I
showed above.
If you need a blank line between paragraphs, try
\begin{flushleft}
\setlength{\parskip}{\bigskipamount}
% or try \medskipamount, \smallskipamount or actual dimension
Paragraph 1.
Paragraph 2.
\end{flushleft}
