Again that is very very misleading about Buddism according to my opinion.
Your feeling may be better, but I think you have a double loss. Both in
"feelings" and in "Buddism".

It is not difficult to learn or start.
Once you start, you may find it interesting
and claim yourself a poet. I've seen a lot
of people like that. Both on the positive and
negtive side.

I think my post has already shown my opinion.
1. I don't think simply give up those "extreme feelings" is good. If
buddism is used to comfort a sad people, that is a misusage and sad. In
some sense this "extreme feelings" can be your invaluable personal treasure.
2. Buddism is an energytic dynamic philosophy. It is far more complicated
that what you just indicated. I don't think frequent trying to simplify some
thing we are not sure is a good practice.

I disagree,
for example extreme sadness w/o attachment cause my right hip pain
extreme happiness w/o attachment cause my left hip pain
Do you consider this as a problem? or you even consider body pain as an
attachment?
