time problem with PINE# Unix - 噫吁兮，危乎高哉

How can I set time zone in PINE? I'm using Pine 4.21 for Linux. The
system time is in the correct zone when I use the "date" command
to see it, but the time displayed in my email header is in GMT format.
I tried to find the answer in PINE FAQ but man there isn't.
Please help! (I do have the admin priviledge)
