Ok, mountd is also needed.
Now the problem is solved.
But, do I have to run "nfsd -a" and "mountd" manually everytime boot up the
computer?

You need mountd to export the mounted directories, nfsd
handles all
the requests from RPC.
You should be able to start these services from some rc or
network scripts.
