hashbang in korn shell# Unix - 噫吁兮,危乎高哉

I'm using MKS' Korn shell on my PC's. The manual says that
after setting up HASHBANG=1, it can read "#! ...", such as
#! C:/mksnt/perl
so that I can run perl script directly by typing the script
name.
It's working fine with my Win98 and Win2000. REcently I
bought two new PC's, one for XP and another for Win2000.
But the old trick doesn't work anymore.
Any idea? Thanks
