Someone delete the /etc/passwd file in my solaris workstation, now nobody can
log in the machine now, does anybody has a way to recover it?

try recover from
/etc/shadow
I mean get the username from this file.
then use some script to create a new passwd file
according to its format.

> boot -s
hopefully it can drop you a root shell. if not, you need solaris
setup cd to boot.
Then mount the hard drive, and create a new passwd file.
