install linux, dump solaris, hehe. I've just installed splack on
a SPARC 10 in the lab, feels so good.

I am going to install Solaris 9, but my knowledge starts
from the scratch :(
BTW, I have installed two graphic cards, XVR1200 and XVR100.
The monitor is now connected to XVR1200. Can I connect another
monitor to XVR100?

Even you have two graphic cards, but you still can't have 2 monitors to
connect with it.

The manual said it supports two XVR 1200, or two XVR100, but
didn't say what if XVR1200+XVR100.
And it supports multiple monitors?
How do you know this won't work?

That means you can have 2 monitors connect with it.
But usually you can't connect it with 2 monitors directly, you need something
else. I don't know what do you need for 2 monitors.
As my knowledge, it won't work. but you can try it. It won't hurt anything.

多少钱买的?
偶刚帮同事买了台B2000/1.2GHZ cpu/2x146G hd/6GB mem/ , 120k CNY
不过测试了一下, 不如偶的p4 celeron 2.4G快, 一个程序在b2000上跑了
12分钟, 在p4上只用了8分钟多,
偶的P4也是刚升级的, 才花了3000块
先到sunfreeware把gcc抓回来, 然后想装什么就装什么了

You got 146G*2, I though sun has only 73G
Mine:
2*1.2G SparcIII+ Cu
2*73G Hd, 10000rpm
8G mem
DVD
total US$18,xxx
I think for huge applications and multi-users
, B2k should be faster. When you are running one program,
it is running on only one CPU, not two. For a fair comparison,
can you run two applications on both of P4 and B2k simultaneously
